Graham is a corporate and commercial lawyer with more than 20 years' experience, including almost 10 years as a partner of a national law firm, Minter Ellison. His main practice areas are acquisitions and divestment work, complex commercial agreements and contractual advice, company law advice, equity raisings, managed investments, directors' duties and corporate governance. Peter has over 40 years experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial law.
Peter has worked in private practice and in-house counsel roles in Melbourne and Perth including as a partner of Freehills and as General Counsel at the Bell Group of companies.
Jan Macpherson, Consultant
Jan has considerable experience as an in-house legal counsel and company secretary. Much of that experience was gleaned acting as Group Manager of the WMC legal team for some 9 years in both Perth and Melbourne.
In recent years Jan has established herself as a consultant Company Secretary and in-house lawyer and has been providing services to publicly listed companies in the telecommunications, multi-media and resources fields and also to private companies in environmental management, real estate and retail distribution.
Jan's experience in management, corporate governance, risk and strategy has seen her also serve on numerous private boards as well as government and education councils.
