Corporate Services Fees
Balance Legal will tailor the scope of our corporate and legal services and our fees to the needs of our clients.
We understand that budget certainty is important to our clients so we can offer a fixed monthly retainer to cover a client’s company secretarial needs. Alternatively, we can agree fixed hourly or daily rates or make other arrangements to provide our clients with maximum budget flexibility.
Factors that will be relevant to the level of agreed fees will be the nature and complexity of the assignment, the duration of the engagement, the level of legal expertise and experience required and, most importantly, our clients’ corporate and budgetary imperatives.
